Cardio Boot Camp 
This is a 45 minute outdoor Cardio Boot camp for those that are looking to step up there current fitness regime, increase cardio endurance, break plateaus in a friendly atmosphere with like minded women. All levels may take this class but if you have specific ailments it is required that you email them in 24 hours prior to class in order for TML instructors to plan for specific modifications tailored for you into their lesson plan. Must be goal oriented to participate in this class, you may be at any level BUT if you are not serious about those goals please do not register for this class. Register Here


TWERK IT DANCE FITNESS CLASSES
A TML ORIGINAL"TWERK IT" -NEW & EXCITING group fitness class. Learn to "shake what your MaMa gave ya" in this fun, heart pounding, booty poppin, cardio infused workout class, a group fitness class of its own. This class was designed by TML staff, each member in some way contributed their vision & expertise into this class, inspired by TML clients that were asking to learn how to shake, shimmy, wiggle, pop, bounce their booties while getting into their targeted "fat burning" zones. Make no mistake TWERK has been around for a while but TML Twerk It was created by women for women with classic group fitness undertones making it easy & fun for every woman. Register Here


TWERK IT GLUTE CAMP 
Looking for that shapely round bottom while you burn burn burn calories afterwards? There are over 600 muscles in the human body. 
At a the time of Cassandra’s "biggest" points wither her weight (234 pounds that is at 5''1) a trainer filled her in on a little industry secret that most women may not realize… the more muscle you have, the more fat/calories you burn consistently throughout the day. Needless to say he went on, “We will be working your butt because you have a lot of fat to lose, & your butt is your biggest muscle so let’s build it!

POLE FITNESS CLASS MENU

POLE DANCE SKILLS & FUNDAMENTAL CLASSES:
TML'S POLE DANCE PROGRAM CONSISTS OF "SKILL" BASED CLASSES FROM BASIC 1, BASIC 2, INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED AND  COMBO "SKILLS" CLASSES SUCH AS SEXY 2, INTERMEDIATE & ADVANCED.  EACH STUDENT IS INDIVIDUALLY ASSESSED AND WILL BE TOLD BY INSTRUCTOR PERSONALLY OR VIA EMAIL WHEN THEY CAN MOVE TO THE NEXT LEVEL.  BASIC 1 IS EVERYONE'S STARTING POINT. YOU MUST COMPLETE 3 BASIC 1 CLASSES TO ATTEND POLE DANCE CHOREOGRAPHED SEXY CAMP. 

BASIC POLE (INTRODUCTION) & PILATES POLE FUSION
Intimidated by the vertical pole?  Never taken a Pole Fitness Class before?  Basic Pole is a fun sexy intro to pole.  In the Basic Pole Intro TML Fitness instructors will teach you beginning pole moves & basic floor work on our 13.7ft competition grade Xpert Xpole Poles. With in the first 20min you will feel how vertical pole can & will help tighten and tone your body when done on a consistent basis.  You will slowly ease into this "new body movement" that will provide you with more confidence while improving your overall strength. Register Here

BASIC 2 & 2.5 
This is your next level.  Once you have been assessed and one of TML's Basic 1 instructors gives you the go you advance to Level 2. Level 2 is a BIG level. This level focuses on a lot on strength building & conditioning. You will progress with the students within this class.  A person can be in Basic 2 anywhere from 2 months to 6 months. This is an extremely important level that should never be rushed.Register Here


INTERMEDIATE & ADVANCED POLE
Lets be real here, we are a newer studio it can take years to become an advanced level student. Pole like gymnastics is progressive if the foundation is poor the whole structure is week. It takes time to get to this level. We have been open 3 years our advance students have been with us since the beginning taking there time over the years to get where they are at and you can to, if you are determined, realistic with your goals and are passionate.  Register Here

POLE FLEX FUSION (Pole meets Boot Camp)

A fun sexy dance class that integrates chair & basic pole work that will not only get you sweating but will teach you how turn up the heat at home as well. No pole at home? No worries in this class we will explore different props to really get that creativity flowing. Don''t forget your stilettos!

Women, especially young women have been programmed by media, magazines, pop icons, that their sexuality is based on their physical appearance older women who once based their sensuality & identity on their external good looks are now questioning their magnetism as a spiritual sexual being. Erotica Sensual Pole Dance by TML was created to help women develop inner confidence about their feminine sexuality. Erotica Sensual Pole Dance is "sexual empowerment" for women of all ages.
