Meet The Owner & TML Instructors Below

Zandra Lee
TML Goddess Model Owner & Creator
Clinical Sexologist, Body Image Expert

A little about me;
Hi there my name is Cassandra AKA...Zandra Lee. I am the owner of TML...The Goddess Model Sensuality Center. I am also the creator of  "The Goddess Model" a Mind, Body, Spirit &  Sexuality Wellness program.

My entire life I had been holding myself back from living my life to the fullest. The body image issues I had and the beliefs I centered around my body led me to bury facets of "self" that needed to emerge for me to live my life “authentically” whole.

In the past, I punished myself because I was at war with my physical body & its appearance. This is something that so many people do that suffer from body image issues. Body Image issues have an enormous effect on our interpersonal relationships, our sex life, our love lives and that impact is frequently not addressed at all because it has to do with SEX. However, working in both the beauty & fitness industries for over 25+ years I realized I was not the only person fighting this war.

I have since made peace with my body, I stripped myself down faced all of my fears and through myself naked, raw as one can be on all the popular social media platforms!  It took one moment of looking at years of before & after photos to realize no matter how much weight I lost, it still was never enough! I was not happy. In that moment I finally had "snapped" & said to myself "enough."  That was the moment I needed to come full circle and the next part of my life was born.

A Little About Me;
1. Where are you from? I am from Raleigh, NC

2. How long have you been Pole dancing? I began my pole journey in 2010

3. How did you become interested in Pole dance?  A friend introduced me to pole dance. I was hooked from day one. Having a background and teaching both gymnastics & cheer I did take to it naturally.

4. What's my favorite thing about teaching Pole dance? I love to see when my students progress. I am overwhelmed with excitement when I see a student finally get a move that they have been working on for some time. Pole is beautiful, sexy, and sensual but make no mistake it is a skill that does not come overnight. That is the part of pole that is so empowering because when you nail a move you feel that rush surge through you.

5. What kind of music do you like to dance to? I have been know to play Ram Jams Black Betty one to many times in class LOL. I personally love to swing around the pole to that song! I do love all different types of music and I do mix things up in my classes from rock to r&b, to indie etc...I feel its important that students learn to feel everything while tapping into the soul of pole dance.

6. Any advice to those interested in trying pole dance classes for the first time? Be open to new experiences and movements, no one is watching you, they are worried about themselves LOL.  If you’re confused ask for help and the instructor will gladly walk you through whatever you’re struggling with lastly, have FUN!

1. Where are you from?
I'm from Durham, North Carolina.

2. How long have you been pole dancing?
I've been pole dancing for 8 years.

3. How did you become interested in pole?
When I started, pole dancing wasn't the norm. I wanted to do something that helped with fitness that I wouldn't get bored with after a week. While I was studying at ECU, I started taking lessons and fell in love with it. Here I am 6 years later and still in love with it.

4. What kind of music do you like to dance to?
I love to dance to all kinds of music. I love R&B, Rap, Trap, Indie, Pop, & Rock. I put my playlist on shuffle and feel the music.

5. What’s your favorite pole move?
My favorite pole move would have to be a reverse grab into a ballerina.

6. Any advice to those interested in trying pole?
Don't let the pole intimidate you. Have fun and be confident in yourself and the pole.

1. Where are you from?
Warren County, Nc

2. How long have you been teaching dance?
I started teaching about 7 years ago.

3. How did you become interested in Pole dance?
Being a dancer for so long has introduced me to almost every style of dance. I first became intrigued with pole dance through social media. In recent years women have taken control of the narrative and people are seeing pole dance for the art it is and not the degrading stereotype. I immediately saw the grace and strength behind it and was enthralled ever since.

4. What's my favorite thing about teaching dance?
What I love most is seeing the look of achievement on my students face at the end of classes. The look that says “WOW, I really just did that”. It makes me feel good to see their doubt transition to confidence.

5. What kind of music do you like to dance to? I really like to dance to sensual R&B and upbeat songs with a nice beat. Something that makes me want to get up and dance.

6. Any advice to those interested in trying dance class for the first time? The biggest thing I want to stress would be to leave any fear at home. Come in with an open mind and a learning spirit. If you are in class scared and stressing about what’s about to happen, or if other people in the class are better, or people watching…you’re going to miss out on the experience. Just give it your all and dance like nobody’s watching.

A little about TML...The Goddess Model
TML...Turn Me Loose Fitness has been a well known, family owned trusted Pole Dance studio located in Raleigh, North Carolina for over 9 years now. The TML brand has remolded in 2020 to TML...The Goddess Model a total Goddess Sensuality Center.

*Sensual/sexual energy is often ignored, labeled taboo and left "unattended." This can leave a deep part of ourselves undiscovered.

We are rarely if ever taught how to find or how to understand that aspect of self.

We are also not taught how to harness that energy for balance of mind, body, spirit & as well as sensual/sexual self awareness for optimum health & wellness.

TML is a safe vehicle to help people learn to restore the balance between masculine & feminine eneries through dance bringing forth understanding and healing within self & the world we all live in.

Movement is such a wonderful way to keep your "mind, body, spirit & sexual" self in check, happy & healthy!

WHY TML...

Times change!

The last 2 years has been hella 2 years for all of us.

During this time TML decided to use 2020's lockdown for it's rebirth.
TML has served North Carolinians for over 9 years!
Being closed for 5 months we have; remodeled, rebranded & we have a magickal experience we can not wait to share with you!

"The studio and all instructors are qualified and friendly. As a foreigner (who moved recently to the RTP area), I felt right in the first class very welcomed and included. TML helped me to become more self-confident, by supporting me each lesson and giving me constructive criticism. In 6 months I made incredible progresses and fell in love with the hobby itself, the studio and the instructors. Every class is individual in its own way. Your learning opportunities at this studio are huge and I promise you a judgment free environment with lots of laughs, encouragement, fun and support. I am very happy of being a part of the TML family, thank you!"
Cindy Schmidt
Did 2020 & 2021 have you feelin "some kinda way"?

Yeah, it did for us so we decided to use that energy to "remodel & rebrand".
2020 & 2021 has come with some truly powerful lessons. One of those lessons being "knowing your energy" and harnessing it for positive changes in our lives.

Whatever your goals are for positive change TML welcomes you to our supportive, fun & truly magical space.
