Zandra Lee
Clinical Sexologist, Body Image Expert, Online Fitness Instructor
Hi there my name is Zandra Lee. I am the owner of TML Fitness Live Online and also the creator of  "The Goddess Model" a Mind, Body, Spirit &  Sexuality Wellness program to be launched late 2020.

My entire life I had been holding myself back from living my life to the fullest. The body image issues I had and the beliefs I centered around my body led me to bury facets of "self" that needed to emerge for me to live my life “authentically” whole.

In the past, I punished myself because I was at war with my physical body & its appearance. This is something that so many people do that suffer from body image issues. Body Image issues have an enormous effect on our interpersonal relationships, our sex life, our love lives and that impact is frequently not addressed at all because it has to do with SEX. However, working in both the beauty & fitness industries for over 25+ years I realized I was not the only person fighting this war.

I have since made peace with my body, I stripped myself down faced all of my fears and through myself naked, raw as one can be on all the popular social media platforms!  It took one moment of looking at years of before & after photos to realize no matter how much weight I lost, it still was never enough! I was not happy. In that moment I finally had "snapped" & said to myself "enough."  That was the moment I needed to come full circle and the next part of my life was born.

Sasja "Fierce"Lee
2013 California Pole Dance Champion - Pro
2013 California Pole Dance "most athletic"
2014 National Aerial Pole Art Champion - Pro
2014 National Aerial Pole Art "most artistic"
2014 National Aerial Pole Art "highest overall score"
2014 Ink-n-Iron Champion - Pro
2017 Pole Theatre Iceland - Classique Champion- Pro

Sasja embarked on her pole journey in December of 2009 as a student and became an instructor after only 4 months. Having no athletic or dance background, she took to the pole like a fish to water, becoming 2013 California Pole Dance Champion, 2014 National Aerial Pole Art Champion, 2014 Ink-N-Iron Champion and 2017 Pole Theatre Iceland Classique Pro Champion.

This three time consecutive National Pole Champion and now International Pole Champion, has performed at Coachella Music Festival in 2016 with recording artist, Halsey, choreographed a pole dance segment for Christina Applegate and the French Montana tour and appeared on several pole dancing segments for network television including, Telemundo, Lifetime, Justin TV, a Fiat commercial and music video with Fergie. Sasja has shared her love of pole dance across the nation and abroad, teaching workshops with emphasis on not only technique, but the necessary mental component, as true growth occurs from the inside out. She is also creator of Haus of Fierce, tutorials for intermediate and advanced pole athletes.

For someone who once considered shopping her cardio, she now has a deeper appreciation for the connection of body and spirit through the art of dance and fitness. "Every woman should give it a try. Your spirit will thank you for it”.

It was there, that my love for teaching adult fitness really blossomed.

Our lives can be so hectic and busy, that it is so easy to forget about ourselves. Online Classes give you the opportunity to do just that without leaving your home and still feel like you have that sense of community with the other women that are participating.

"I love going to pole classes with Jackie; she is an amazing instructor. She has a great spirit and is very high energy; not to mention a beast on the pole. She is an expert motivator and challenges her students to try new pole tricks every class. My favorite part of having Jackie as an instructor is that if you don't understand a move, she will come up with a million different ways of explaining it until you get it. And even if you don't get it, she will cheer you on no matter what."

"The studio and all instructors are qualified and friendly. As a foreigner (who moved recently to the RTP area), I felt right in the first class very welcomed and included. TML helped me to become more self-confident, by supporting me each lesson and giving me constructive criticism. In 6 months I made incredible progresses and fell in love with the hobby itself, the studio and the instructors. Every class is individual in its own way. Your learning opportunities at this studio are huge and I promise you a judgment free environment with lots of laughs, encouragement, fun and support. I am very happy of being a part of the TML family, thank you!"

"I’ve been going to the Flexy Sexy classes on Sundays with Ayeshia for a while now and I wanted to say she is doing a great job. She is extremely attentive to all her students. At the beginning of each class she asks every student if they have any current or previous injuries to modify her outline as needed. She walks around the room to adjust each student's posture, as well as, explains the importance of the pose and how it can assist with pole dancing. She is also great at explaining the difference between pain and discomfort and how our bodies are reacting to each pose. Ayeshia does an amazing job with keeping the classes interesting and engaging by using a variety of poses and methods. We have used swiss balls, ankle weights, yoga blocks, straps, fabric, etc. in class and it has been great. Each class I see improvements in my flexibility."
